By creating an account on WeBird, you consent to the use of your data for advertising and marketing by WeBird.

Sensitive data is not shared with third-party advertisers.

With Service Providers: Trusted third parties like payment processors and hosting services.

Third-party service providers are also bound by appropriate data protection agreements to ensure the protection of user data.

With Other Clients: Limited data shared to facilitate bookings and communication.

For Legal Reasons: Disclosure if required by law or legal process.

We do not share sensitive data with third-party advertisers.

WeBird operates globally, and your data may be stored and processed on servers located in various countries.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to countries with different data protection laws as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to both Clients and Guides.

WeBird will take necessary precautions to protect data when transferring it internationally.

Your data will be stored securely on WeBird’s servers (currenly in Belgium, under EU data protection laws) for as long as you maintain your account.

If you choose to delete your account, data may be kept for up to one year in case of any arising disputes with Guides.

If you choose to delete your data (see art. 6), WeBird will comply with this request unless there are clear and pressing reasons not to (e.g. ongoing disputes with Guides or with WeBird itself).

Such reasons will be communicated if applicable, and your data deletion request will be honored as soon as any such reasons cease to apply.

WeBird operates under the jurisdiction of the Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates and adheres to the UAE Data Protection Law.

By using the Platform, you agree that any disputes related to this Privacy Policy or our data practices will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Continued use of WeBird after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
